The winner of the three-part giveaway has been announced here!
As we move into this new month my clothesline has been adorned with sandy towels and wet swimsuits. Our suits are hosed off and hung out on the line in preparation for yet another day of play in the sand, surf, and sun....

"Wash Wednesday" has been one of the most enjoyable collaborative projects I have participated in. This celebration of the aesthetic of doing wash was expressed in a multitude of artful, mindful, practical, and eco-friendly ways. Our spirits were collectively lifted as we shared together this beauty of our days.
Photo Credit Lucy Mitchell via FacebookI was not nearly ready to finish this project when it ended last week (and I am fully aware that you were not either) Emails continue to come in from so many of you sharing your photos of beautiful laundry on your lines!
I am thrilled to share with you today that "Wash Wednesday" will continue in the form of a self-published book! I eagerly await the creation, collaboration and release of this exciting book project!
This book will be a labor of love for all of us who enjoy the beauty of the clothesline in our daily lives.Photo Credit Lynette
(For those of you who have already had your photos shared here in this
space I would ask that you also re-send your photos in the requested
resolution.)
I also encourage you to continue taking photos of your beautiful
clotheslines and share with me this beauty of the line for a chance to
see your photos paired with words in book form!

I truly look forward to this creative project and I am thrilled it will include many of you as well!

*If
it were in my power to include each and every photo into the book as I
did with Wash Wednesday on my blog, I certainly would. Due to the high
level of participation, as well as being mindful to keep the
actual cost of the book down, I am not able to
include every entry.
Please do not let this discourage you, your photo
may very well be chosen!
May we work together towards this inspiring project by looking for beauty in our everyday!
